Hi, I'm Josephine, founder of Jade Method.

Ten years ago, my health was at its lowest. I struggled with asthma, eczema, and was constantly sick. Some weeks I was bedridden, and my asthma made it a struggle to even walk up the stairs. I tried every medication my doctors offered, but nothing worked. It wasn't until I radically changed my diet and lifestyle that my body finally began to heal.

But that was only half the journey. Even as my body recovered, I still felt like a prisoner of my own mind: anxious, stuck, and disconnected from myself. So I went deeper. I studied neuroscience and biology, became a certified yoga instructor, explored breath work and meditation, and became a Reiki practitioner. I learned that neither my mind nor my body had to be my enemy… I was the one in control. That realization became the foundation for everything I do now.

Jade Method exists because I know firsthand that health isn't just physical. It's physical, mental, and emotional, and real change happens when all three work together. My approach blends root-cause, whole-body thinking with the tools that helped rewire my own mind: nutrition, movement, grounding practices, psychological exploration, and self-awareness. We also explore what makes you light up, your passions, your purpose. We take the deep dive, together.

I work with women who are ready to stop guessing about their health and start making changes that actually last, clearing away the confusion so you can figure out exactly what your body needs right now, and take your life to the next level.
